What we collect
To generate and deliver your report, we collect the following:
Birth data
Full name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This data is required to calculate your natal chart and cannot be substituted.
Email address
Used solely to deliver your report and, if relevant, to follow up on generation issues. We do not send marketing emails.
Generated report
Your completed interpretation is stored securely on our servers to enable email re-delivery in the event of a delivery failure.
Order metadata
Transaction references, selected modules, and timestamps, required for receipts, refunds, and customer support.
What we don't collect
The following are never collected, stored, or inferred:
- IP addresses beyond what your hosting provider logs operationally
- Cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioural analytics of any kind
- Device fingerprints or browser characteristics
- Government-issued identification
- Any personal data not listed above
How we use your information
Your data is used for exactly one purpose: generating, verifying, and delivering your Vedic astrology report. Specifically:
- Birth data is passed to our calculation and interpretation pipeline to produce your chart
- Your email receives your completed report within 24 hours of payment
- If generation encounters an error requiring human review, your email receives an update and the report once ready
- Order metadata is retained for receipt and refund purposes only
Data retention
Your report and associated birth data are retained for a period of 12 months after delivery. This allows us to re-send your report if the original email was not received, and to handle any refund or support requests within a reasonable window.
If you wish to have your data deleted earlier, you may request this at any time. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Third-party processors
We use the following sub-processors, each limited to the data strictly necessary for their function. None receive your birth data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
