KarmaInsight provides personalized Vedic astrology reports based on birth data you supply. Reports are prepared using classical Jyotish methodology and delivered to the email address you provide within 24 hours of confirmed payment. We do not offer real-time consultations, ongoing subscriptions, or account-based access. All reports are delivered once, via email.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a report. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.
The accuracy of your report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth data you provide — name, date of birth, time of birth (with seconds), and birth location. We are not responsible for inaccuracies that result from incorrect or incomplete birth information. We recommend verifying birth time from an official birth certificate before ordering.
Orders are processed via Stripe or Razorpay. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Prices are displayed in USD. Local currency display and conversion may vary by payment provider. Taxes, if applicable, are collected at checkout. No order is confirmed until payment is complete.
Reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If delivery requires human review (due to a generation or validation issue), we will notify you by email with an updated estimate. Delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or circumstances outside our control do not entitle you to a refund unless delivery ultimately fails.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: refunds are available if report generation fails, or if a technical issue on our side prevents you from reaching your report by any route — in your account or by email. No refunds are issued once a report has been generated and is available to you, as reports are personalized generated content.

You may not use KarmaInsight reports for commercial redistribution, resale, or publication without written permission. You may not submit false birth data to fraudulently obtain a report. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the interpretation methodology used in report generation.
All report content, interpretive text, and site content are the intellectual property of KarmaInsight. Your report is licensed for your personal use only. You may share excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
We collect only the data necessary to generate and deliver your report. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not sell your personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KarmaInsight's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if resolution is not reached.
